How to Order Custom Items

Step 1: Contact
Choose how you want to contact us. Through website, email, or a phone call.

Step 4 : Finalize
AGT will contact you to finalize your order, or to make any last minute changes. In this step, shipping instruction will be discussed or if it will be an in-person pickup.

Step 2 : Details
Mention, with as much detail, what you are wanting. Such as, Logo on a cap or laser engraved cutting board.

Step 5 : Payment
Once everything has been finalized, payment at this time will be required. You will receive an invoice by email. You will be able to pay through the invoice. Once payment is received, we will start your order.

Step 3 : Logo
Send your logo. There is a setup fee for this. Send it as a .jpeg, vector, or .pdf file. If you do not have a logo, we can communicate with what your needs are.

Step 6 : Shipping
AGT will contact you once your order is complete and initiate how to procure your product which was discussed in step 4.
