All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the completion of your custom order. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

 

We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for orders placed before 12 PM)

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather conditions or delays by the carrier.

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping charges at checkout before finalizing your purchase. 

 

4. Domestic Shipping Only

 

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

5. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions

 

Some items may not be eligible for certain shipping methods or may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to size, weight, or other considerations.

 

7. Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses. If there’s an issue with your shipping address, please contact us immediately to make any necessary corrections.

If you receive a damaged item or your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

 

9. Order Changes or Cancellations

 

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been processed or shipped.
